Jitka O'Brien

Jitka is a Lead consultant who first started working on In-Form in 2014 for a customer and fell in love with the software and the wide Salesforce Ecosystem.

Jitka is 7 x Salesforce Certified and continues to grow her knowledge. For the past 10 years, Jitka has worked in the Homelessness and Mental Health Not for profit sector, helping organisations reach their potential.

Jitka has in-depth knowledge of business practices and GDPR. She always strives for excellence, whilst maintaining that human, personable element.

In addition to her work, Jitka is a dedicated advocate for Equality & Diversity and has over 3 years of experience in leading therapeutic sessions on Selective Mutism and is also a school Parent Governor.
